I’m a nurse at UAB, kinda new to Birmingham.  James Automotive Center participates in the UAB Perks Program ~ we get 10% off at JAC.  So, when my Honda died on me, I gave them a call.  Suzanne put me at ease and took care of getting my car towed to their shop.  I got a call within a few hours from James, letting me know what it would take to get me on the road again.  This was my first time to make car repair decisions without my daddy, but James explained everything in a way I could understand.  They even picked me up to come get my car, less than a day after the tow.  James showed me what he had repaired and what had caused the problem.  Next time I went home, I showed my daddy what James had fixed and what it cost, and he was very pleased with the work and the price.  Thank you, James Automotive, for taking care of me and giving my daddy peace of mind. – Julie Sorrenson
